Product Description

Control cable characteristics

Control cable is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation departments, for ac rated voltage below 450/750 v control, protection lines and other occasions used in PVC insulated, PVC sheathed control cable.

The control cable has the characteristics of moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-damage, and can be laid in the tunnel or cable trench.

Power cables are used to transmit and distribute high-power electric energy in the main lines of the power system,and control cables directly transmit the electric energy from the distribution point of the power system to the power connection lines of various electrical equipment and appliances. The rated voltage of power cable is generally 0.6/1kV and above, and the control cable is mainly 450/750V.

The insulation and sheath thickness of power cable is thicker than that of control cable when the same specification of power cable and control cable is produced.

Dc resistance :

20℃,0.4mm copper wire, less than or equal to 148 ω /km, 0.5mm copper wire, less than or equal to 95 ω /km.

Electrical strength of insulation:

no breakdown between conductor 1min1kV conductor and shield 1min3kV

Insulation resistance:

Each core cable is grounded to other cores. The control cable is greater than 10,000 M ω. Km, and the HYAT cable is greater than 3,000 m ω.

Working capacitance:

average 52±2nF/km

Remote crosstalk defense:

at 150kHZ, the average power of the specified combination is greater than 69dB/km.

Operating temperature: Rubber insulation is 65°C PVC insulation is rated at 70°C and 105°C
